About the Position
We are looking for a Founding Product Manager to join our team at voize in New York. As the first product hire in the US, you will own what the US product is and how it scales. Your mission is to build the agent operating system for nurses in the US, transforming digital workflows to give frontline workers more time for what matters most: people.
Responsibilities
- Shape the business. Decide with the CEO and GTM what we sell, to whom, and what the product has to prove first.
- Pioneer with nurses. Work alongside nurses onsite and in care homes. Learn from what carers do versus what the workflow says, and build a product they love.
- Build, test, repeat. Turn our first pilots into evidence: where nurses use voize without being pushed, where they don’t, and why. Form hypotheses about what users need versus what they say and validate them in real workflows.
- Ship what matters. Write sharp requirements, track honest metrics, and set up the data and feedback you need to make good calls.
- Make the hard calls on complexity. Decide with Engineering and ML what is reusable platform and what is truly US-specific. Work through EHR integration and compliance trade-offs.
Requirements
- Product Management: You’ve shipped into high-stakes, complex regulated environments, such as healthcare, fintech, field services, logistics, or similar.
- Systems Thinking: Systems thinking comes naturally, and you work fluently with engineers and ML as a peer. You’ve shipped agentic products and use agents in your own daily work.
- Action Oriented: You are action oriented. You make strong bets with partial information and adapt quickly to new information.
- Strong Product Taste: You have strong product taste. You know how to be pragmatic, but hold a high bar for what you ship and where you want to go.
