FP&A Manager

In this role, you will transform large-scale financial data into actionable business insights that support strategic planning, profitability optimization, and operational efficiency in a fast-evolving Fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis across multiple entities.
• Transform large-scale financial data into actionable business insights.
• Support strategic planning, profitability optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Translate complex financial information into structured, actionable insights for business stakeholders and leadership teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting within a multi-entity or international business environment.
• Strong expertise in variance analysis, rolling forecasts, profitability analysis, and financial modeling.
• Solid understanding of cash flow planning, expense control, and operational financial management processes.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work confidently with large financial datasets; experience with BI, ERP, or reporting tools is considered an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience within Fintech, Forex, brokerage, or online trading environments.
• Exposure to financial process optimization or automation initiatives, including workflow improvement and reporting standardization.
• Experience collaborating in a remote-first, cross-functional environment with distributed international stakeholders.
