Work changed. Pay didn’t.
Coverflex exists to make compensation work for everyone.

Our platform is simple for HR and meaningful for employees.
We provide choice, smarter compensation tools and empowerment.

- Strengthen forecasting and scenario analysis.
Requirements
- Experience: 6+ years in finance, preferably in a SaaS (or SaaS-adjacent fintech) scale-up background.
- Languages: Fluent in English, with intermediate proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, or Italian.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL and BI tools is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario/sensitivity analysis skills.
- Deep, hands-on mastery of SaaS metrics and planning logic (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV/CAC, margins).
- Experience partnering with other teams to shape the data, systems, or organizational setup behind financial reporting.
Nice to Have
- Data-modelling exposure
- SQL and/or BI tool familiarity
We Offer
- Compensation: Base Salary ranging from 57.000€ to 62.500€ gross yearly. Stock Options under our Equity Incentive Plan.
