The Fourth Law (Четвертий Закон) - a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of drone autonomy technologies. The company’s solutions are codified to NATO standards and are used by more than 50 units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine and 20+ drone manufacturers. Our products bear the names of Ukrainian figures of the Executed Renaissance and the Sixtiers - Vasyl Stus, Olena Teliha, Mykola Zerov and Anatolii Lupynos.

In 2026, the company received an award from DOU as the most promising project in the defense technology sector.

Role mission: to ensure high-quality preparation, execution and analysis of UAV field tests in order to improve the effectiveness of the company’s autonomous solutions. The role focuses on collecting and interpreting data, supporting the engineering team in identifying and resolving technical problems, and ensuring the reliability and combat readiness of The Fourth Law’s products in real-world conditions of use.

Responsibilities

• Conducting tests and collecting data;
• Analyzing results to identify problems and developing recommendations for improving UAVs;
• Identifying faults and collaborating with engineers to resolve them;
• Preparing reports describing tests, results and conclusions;
• Compliance with safety checklists and test range rules;
• Collaborating with the team to exchange information and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Experience piloting FPV drones;
• Understanding of the technical aspects of UAVs, including flight control systems, sensors and communication systems;
• Technical knowledge in related fields, such as electronics or mechanics;
• Analytical thinking and the ability to draw well-founded conclusions based on test results;
• English - B2 or higher;
• Driver’s license.
