Location: Bristol, United Kingdom

Deliveroo, now part of DoorDash, is on a mission to transform the way people shop and eat. Our Commercial team is at the heart of this mission, shaping how we serve restaurants, grocers, and new verticals worldwide. We are seeking a Franchisee Manager to join our team and drive growth and impact in the UK's largest QSR brands.

Responsibilities

  • Own your portfolio: Manage a large, multi-brand franchisee portfolio across your region. You are the key contact for operators, responsible for running relationships and owning the numbers.
  • Onboard new sites: Ensure new franchisees and newly opened sites are properly set up, understanding the platform, standards, and establishing relationships before issues arise.
  • Grow advertising impact: Help franchisees maximize their business growth through Deliveroo advertising by having consultative conversations about driving growth.
  • Raise operational standards: Collaborate with franchisees to close operational gaps that impact rider and customer experiences.
  • Build the local promo plan: Work with each franchisee to create promotional activities that align with their trading style and maximize growth.
  • Work with the national team: Ensure the national strategy is executed with excellence across your franchisee portfolio.
  • Report and track: Maintain weekly tracking, present monthly region performance, and contribute to quarterly business reviews.

Requirements

  • Commercial foundation: 2 or more years in field sales, territory management, account management, or franchise support. Experience with QSR or franchise businesses is strongly preferred.
  • Data fluency: Confidence in reading dashboards and drawing your own conclusions.
  • Field credibility: Proven ability to build genuine relationships at the business owner level.
  • Commercial instinct: Understanding of how advertising investment relates to growth and the ability to make a convincing case to franchisees.
  • Resilience and pace: Ability to thrive in a field-based role with significant travel.
  • Team player: Ability to take direction, share insights, and contribute to the team's success.
  • Organisation: Capable of managing a large, geographically spread portfolio across several brands, knowing when to escalate and when to solve issues yourself.

Why Join Us?

At Deliveroo, you’ll:

  • Make a visible impact every day: Your work directly improves experiences for customers, partners, and riders.
  • Learn fast in an entrepreneurial environment: Work close to the market with autonomy, pace, and real responsibility.
  • Build a career, not just a role: Stretch yourself, develop new skills, and grow as the business evolves.
  • Deliver together in an inclusive culture: Collaborate in values-driven teams that support how you work best.
