Responsibilities

• Develop content strategies and guide brand growth for CX and CRM campaigns
• Execute quantitative, qualitative, and competitive strategy and brand audits
• Develop strategic briefs, calendars, and launch plans

Requirements

• 5-8 years working as a brand strategist, agency experience strongly preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, a passion for digital storytelling
• Strong understanding of current digital design practices and technologies
• Ability to drive a project forward with minimal direction
