Freelance - Medical Customer Service Representative - India (Hindi)

We are hiring a representative who will be managing clinical trial sites to ensure patient recruitment. If you have an interest in making a positive impact on people's well-being and health, and love to engage with people during phone calls, we would like to work with you!
Responsibilities
- Representing our company by being the contact person for our patients.
- Screening patients (no sales calls, pure customer service).
- Being part of the team, where your main task is to help doctors and patients connect with each other.
Requirements
- Fluency in Hindi/Bengali/Malayalam/Marathi/Kannada/Telugu/Gujarati/Punjabi/Oriya (mother-tongue) and English.
- Experience as a Nurse, CRA, or in a medical field.
- Ability to call patients and follow a strict screening process.
- Understanding of medical topics.
- Experience in handling customers’ requests via phone and email, ideally in a Call Center.
- Well-organized and confident communicator with a desire to provide first-class service to customers.
- Flexible working hours (morning, noon, afternoon, and evening if necessary).
