Freelance - Medical Customer Service Representative - Spain (Spanish)

We are hiring a representative who will be managing clinical trial sites to ensure patient recruitment. If you have an interest in making a positive impact on people's well-being and health, and love to engage with people during phone calls, we would like to work with you!
Responsibilities
- Representing our company by being the contact person for our patients.
- Screening patients (no sales calls, pure customer service).
- Being part of the team, where your main task is to help doctors and patients connect with each other.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (mother-tongue) and English.
- Experience as a Nurse, CRA, or in a position in the medical field.
- Ability to call patients and follow a strict screener.
- Understanding of medical topics.
- Initial experience in handling customers’ requests via phone and email, ideally in a Call Center.
- Well-organized and a confident communicator with the desire to provide a first-class service to customers.
- Ability to work at various times, including mornings, noons, afternoons, and evenings if necessary.
