About the Position
We're seeking a Freelance Product Designer to join our team and help create intuitive, reliable, and inspiring experiences for entrepreneurs around the world. This is a full-time, freelance Product Designer role with an initial duration of 3 months and a possibility to extend.

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with designers and Product Managers to shape user journeys and drive product design from concept to launch
- Lead and contribute to user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and design thinking workshops
- Help grow and evolve our design system
- Shape our design processes, tools, and culture as the team scales
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, Interaction Designer, Information Architect, or in a similar UX role
- High proficiency in Figma
- Solid grasp of UX principles and hands-on experience running user research
- Experience with AI tools-or even shipping code directly-is a plus
- Experience designing for complex systems is a plus
- Formal training in design, psychology, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in German is a strong advantage
