Freelance Senior Technical Service Delivery Lead

About the Position

We are seeking a Freelance Senior Technical Service Delivery Lead to ensure continuity of critical IT environments in Belgium. This is a full-time on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the daily service delivery for the NAC environment, including incident follow-up, problem management, and limited functional improvements.
• Support critical terminal applications such as Navis, Camco, and AEMS.
• Manage and follow up on the support queue, including correct classification, prioritization, and follow-up of reports.
• Take ownership of critical incidents and coordinate an adequate solution.
• Collaborate with internal NAC specialists, infrastructure teams, external experts, and suppliers.
• Independently analyze and resolve a substantial part of incoming incidents and requests.
• Monitor the continuity, availability, and quality of support for the involved systems.

Requirements

• Experience with operational support of critical IT environments (Navis, Camco, and AEMS).
• Strong skills in incident management, problem follow-up, and service continuity.
• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and smooth collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Quickly deployable and able to ensure operational continuity.
