Currently, we are looking for a Freelance UI/UX Designer (Part-Time) to join our team.

Project Description

This is a part-time role for enterprise system design with a focus on providing high-quality design solutions while being proactive and communicative throughout the process. Project tools and processes are common to agile development teams (Jira, GitHub, Slack).

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with our team to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for enterprise systems and other projects;
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma;
• Gathering and incorporating feedback from stakeholders to improve designs;
• Ensuring that designs align with the project’s functional and aesthetic goals;
• Delivering consistent, high-quality work within deadlines.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably with enterprise systems;
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and related design tools;
• Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise-level design solutions;
• Excellent listening skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving;
• Self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively in a part-time role;
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders;
• English must be Upper-Intermediate or higher;
• An opportunity to work in the Latvian timezone or near.
