Responsibilities

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a technical Product Management background, gained building AI products in close collaboration with engineering and data teams. The SME will complete the content for our 16-week AI Product Management course by building new learning materials, updating existing ones, and creating exercises, case labs, and assessments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Plan the content per session, reviewing existing materials and proposing what to reuse, adapt, or build.
• Build new session content, including lectures, pre-work exercises, and solutions.
• Update existing content to deepen sessions with the AI PM angle and new exercises.
• Create high-impact practical tasks and assessments, including case labs and project briefs.
• Write a coach page for every session to ensure any instructor can teach it.
• Keep the content industry-relevant and future-ready, reflecting current AI product practices and the evolving regulatory landscape.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on Product Management experience, including shipping AI or ML-powered features in production.
• Practical fluency in the product side of AI, including opportunity assessment, AI UX, metrics, experimentation, AI cost, vendor decisions, launch, and monitoring.
• Comfortable with the technical basics taught in the course: SQL, Python notebooks (pandas), statistics, A/B testing, causality, Marketing Mixed Models, Git, and AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code.
• Highly proficient in AI-assisted content production.
• Strong communicator and team player, comfortable working in short feedback loops with a teaching team.
• Prior experience in course development or professional training is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of the EU AI Act and GDPR in a product context is a plus.
• Fluent written English; German is a plus.
