Main Activities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and the client
• Build a relationship with the client, aiming for trust exchanges and a partnership
• Receive, interpret, and structure briefings clearly and strategically
• Coordinate and integrate demands between the client and internal teams (Creation, Media, Content, Planning, Brand Experience/BX, CRM/Data, and Production)
• Develop and monitor schedules to provide full visibility of deliveries to the client
• Conduct alignment and status meetings (internally and with the client)
• Ensure the final quality of all deliverables and strict adherence to deadlines

Requirements

• Completed higher education in Advertising and Propaganda, Marketing, Administration, or related areas
• Consistent experience in advertising services, account management, or client relationship in agencies
• Solid knowledge in digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and project management
• Practical experience with task/project management tools (Trello or similar software)
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent skills in PowerPoint (for presentations) and Excel (for controls)
• Excellent ability to draft and present proposals/demands directly to the client
