• Deliver Microsoft Courses: Provide high-quality training on various Microsoft topics.
• Prepare Teaching Materials: Utilize Microsoft official courseware to create engaging lesson plans.
• Engage Participants: Facilitate interactive and informative sessions to enhance learning.
• Support Learners: Offer guidance and assistance to participants throughout the course.

Requirements

• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT): Proven qualification with a focus on:
  • Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
  • Microsoft 365 AI Service Administrator (AB-650)
  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (AB-900)
  • Endpoint Administrator (MD-102)
  • Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
  • Or other relevant Microsoft certifications
• Practical Experience: Relevant professional experience in applying the techniques and methods of an MCT.
• Teaching Materials: Bring your own teaching materials (Microsoft official courseware) for course delivery.
• Adult Education Experience: Practical experience in adult education.
• Teaching Skills: Enjoyment in knowledge transfer and didactic skills.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and technical proficiency.
• Independent Work: Ability to work independently and flexibly.
• Digital Tools Proficiency: Confident use of digital tools and learning platforms.
