About the Position
We are looking for a person who is ready to support our customers and help them in solving logistics problems.
Responsibilities
- Advising clients of the company on available services
- Monitoring of cargo orders (specialized boards) and search tracks for them
- Coordination and management of cargo delivery
- Monitoring new contractors, agreeing on new routes of transportation and optimal schemes for the delivery of goods
- Help drivers in emergency situations
Requirements
- Desire to learn new skills
- Fluent English language (B1+ and higher)
- Good verbal and written skills
- Stress-resistance, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
