About the Position
(French) Outbound SDR, Dublin

We are now looking for a talented Outbound SDR to join our Dublin team.

About the Role
As an Outbound SDR at Rippling, you will play a crucial role in prospecting and qualifying new customers and channel partners. This role requires a winning attitude, a high sense of urgency, and a passion for sales. You will have the opportunity to shape processes and build pipelines to support our Account Executives.
This role will be based in our Dublin office and will require coming onsite 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape
- Manage a high volume of inbound leads
- Outbound with strategic and thoughtful messaging to upmarket prospects
- Partner with marketing to manage outbound campaigns to increase lead volume
- Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodology
- Maintain and update accurate records in CRM
Requirements
- Fluent English and French essential for this opportunity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate with others and work cross-functionally among different teams at Rippling
- Desire to join a competitive team-based environment
- Previous Sales Development or Business Development experience preferred
