Front-End Developer (Angular)

About the Position

We’re Actively Hiring for This Position

BIT Studios is looking for a Front-End Developer who is senior-level in React, with solid, mid-level proficiency in Angular, to join our remote team full-time. You’ll lead front-end architecture and development on React-based SaaS products, while also working hands-on with Angular applications. Both stacks matter for this role, with React as your primary area of depth.

Responsibilities

• Leading architecture and technical decisions for React applications
• Developing and maintaining Angular applications, including standalone components and signal-based state
• Designing and building scalable SaaS front-ends - dashboards, booking/scheduling flows, real-time tracking interfaces, and admin portals
• Reviewing code from other developers to ensure adherence to standards, best practices, and expectations
• Developing and optimizing front-end SPAs, with a focus on performance, reusability, and maintainability
• Integrating with REST APIs and third-party services (e.g., payments, calendar sync, mapping)
• Working closely with UX/UI Designers, backend developers, and other Front-End Developers
• Participating in architectural, design, and product discussions
• Mentoring mid-level and junior developers on React and front-end best practices

Requirements

• Strong written and spoken English
• 5+ years of proven experience in front-end web development, with senior-level depth in React
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (v14+), comfortable working independently in Angular codebases
• Deep knowledge of React, React Hooks, component architecture, and state management (Redux, Context API, or similar)
• Strong understanding of Angular fundamentals - DI, lifecycle hooks, change detection, standalone components, and RxJS
• Outstanding knowledge of web fundamentals: HTML5, CSS, SASS/SCSS
• Experience with dev tools (Git, GitFlow, npm/yarn, Webpack, Vite, Babel)
• Experience with REST API integration and third-party service integrations (e.g., Stripe, calendar APIs, Google Maps)
• Building front-end applications with component-based architecture
• Commitment to clean code (ESLint, Prettier, TypeScript strict mode)
• Git and GitFlow

Nice to Have

• Experience with NX monorepos
• Familiarity with NgRx or NgRx Signal Store
• Google Cloud infrastructure knowledge
• Experience with payment integrations (Stripe) or scheduling/calendar systems
