The Ubiquiti Prague office is looking for an experienced Front-End Developer.

Candidates should be prepared to work from our Prague office at least two times per week.

Project Details

Technology Stack: Typescript / React / TanStack / Vite
Project Type: Greenfield project with high ownership and ability to shape architecture from the beginning
UX Culture: Strong UX culture with polished Figma designs and close collaboration with product/design teams
UI Component System: Mature internal UI component system enabling fast and consistent product development

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable frontend services
Write clean, maintainable code
Collaborate with backend and product teams to implement Figma designs

Requirements

5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience
Deep proficiency in TypeScript and React, including modern patterns (hooks, suspense)
Experience with real-time data (WebSockets, SSE, streaming updates)
Comfortable working from Figma designs and implementing against design tokens
Solid understanding of browser internals, web protocols, and performance. You can profile a slow page and explain why it's slow
Comfortable designing and shipping long-lived applications: state management at scale, data-fetching patterns, error handling, observability
Strong communication and documentation abilities
Fluency with modern AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.). You use AI as real leverage in your day-to-day work

Nice to Have

Experience with TanStack (Query, Router, Table) or comparable libraries
Experience building data-dense interfaces (dashboards, admin tools, monitoring/observability UIs)
Background in design systems, component libraries, or owning frontend architecture at a previous company
Comfort working close to the backend: reading OpenAPI specs, shaping API contracts, debugging across the stack
