Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior stakeholders to define and execute the frontend vision, translating it into actionable roadmaps.
• Make critical architectural decisions, guiding teams to ask the right questions and deliver scalable solutions.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a cohesive frontend team, fostering collaboration and effectiveness.
• Stay on top of market trends, working cross-functionally to ensure our platform remains competitive and cutting-edge.
• Continuously evolve your skills by tackling complex tech challenges and applying new technologies.

Requirements

• Experience building solid products (agency experience is a plus).
• Ability to inspire technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Vue 3, Docker, GitLab, and Ionic.
• A natural sense of ownership and initiative-you’re proactive and dependable.
• Experience setting up systems from scratch with a "build it, run it, love it" mindset.
• A passion for solving complex puzzles with a pragmatic approach.
