About the Position
Yo Labs Inc. is seeking a Frontend Designer for a remote role focused on design, UX, and frontend technical reasoning for AI training. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Analyze design and frontend challenges and explain technical decisions.
- Create and review design documents, research reports, RFCs, and ADRs.
- Evaluate design systems, accessibility, and frontend architecture.
- Analyze trade-offs, constraints, and user impact.
- Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product design, UX, UI, or frontend engineering.
- Strong design/technical documentation and analytical writing skills.
- Experience with Figma, design systems, accessibility, and modern frontend technologies.
