About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Frontend Engineer, Ads to join our team and enhance ad experiences on Reddit's web app.
Responsibilities
- Build ad experiences and create patterns for Reddit’s web app that enhance our ads’ performance and functionality.
- Collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams to innovate and implement sophisticated solutions for complex challenges.
- Engage in the full development cycle: design, develop, QA, experiment, analyze, and deploy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Web Engineering
- Proficient in Typescript and Javascript
- A willingness to tackle the challenges of creating data-intensive, highly responsive, and fault-tolerant apps
- Experience with automated testing best practices, code quality / design patterns, observability, etc.
- Skilled at performing insightful code reviews, and receiving feedback themself
- Experience leveraging GenAI tools to increase software engineering productivity
- Excellent communication skills: able to collaborate with teams in a fully remote environment, and discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on ad tech
- Experience working on consumer-facing sites (high production value at scale)

We Offer
- Base salary range: $164,200 - $229,900 USD
- Equity in the form of restricted stock units
- Commission eligibility depending on the position
