Responsibilities

• Lead the fleet team of approximately 15-20 people and ensure the department's goals are met
• Take an active role in selecting new employees and the continuous development of your team
• Ensure smooth vehicle logistics and the availability of all vehicles at the location
• Keep track of all vehicle movements and ensure the timely availability of vehicles needed in the refurbishment process
• Identify improvement potentials and implement them independently in the workplace design
• Ensure a daily updated vehicle inventory and conduct necessary vehicle inventories

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a fleet employee or yard manager
• Several years of experience and proven success in managing employees
• Passion for cars and a Class B driver's license
• Affinity for automotive topics and strong technical understanding (workshop processes, warehouse organization, tool knowledge, etc.)
• Coordinated, structured, and independent working style
• Stress tolerance, initiative, and strong team player qualities
