Responsibilities

• Support the store management team with all related tasks
• Lead the store team together with the management team – modern management is not foreign to you, you motivate your employees through attractive goals, you ensure development through coaching and training
• Recruit and optimally onboard employees in collaboration with the store manager
• Take on responsibility early and gain insight into the tasks of the management team
• Showcase the latest trends in your store – inspire our customers and promote sales
• Handle administrative tasks in the back office

Requirements

• Completed training as a merchant – or an experienced professional from the retail sector
• Ideally, you have initial management experience, preferably in the textile retail sector
• You are an authentic and committed role model for other employees
• Inspiring people and motivating them for new goals comes naturally to you
• Your sales talent puts our customers at the center; your fashion awareness also inspires others
• Planning and organization are your strengths
• You are a hands-on person, communicative, and a true team player
