Job description
About the Position
Nmbrs is looking for a Full Cycle Sales Consultant. This role combines sales and customer success: you'll win new customers and make sure they get off to a great start. As we grow, we want to make every step of the customer journey smarter, and you'll be at the center of that, combining real customer conversations with AI, automation, and experimentation.
Time to grow. Time to thrive.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact and demo to closing and onboarding new customers.
- Use your insights from customer conversations to propose and test new touchpoints, such as in-app prompts, email sequences, trial extensions, and pricing-page tweaks, which the product team then builds.
- Experiment with AI and sales automation tools to make lead generation and outreach smarter, faster, and more scalable.
- Be the voice of the customer: share structured insights with the product team about objections, missing features, and pricing friction.
- Give training to customers, so they get the most out of Nmbrs from day one.
Requirements
- A hands-on, self-starting mentality: you see what needs to be done and get going.
- Fluency in Dutch.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, and you genuinely enjoy talking to customers.
- A commercial mindset, and the curiosity to try new things: since this role is still developing, you'll help shape what it becomes.
- Tech-savviness and enthusiasm for working with AI, automation, and modern sales tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS.
- Experience giving product demos.
- Knowledge of payroll or HR.
- Working knowledge of tools like HubSpot, product analytics, and BI tools such as Power BI.
- A fast learner who adapts easily to change.
We Offer
- A salary range of 3000€ to 4000€ gross per month (excluding holiday allowance), depending on your experience.
- Nmbrs is a flat organization where you get the freedom and responsibility to do what you’re good at and make an impact in a flexible, agile working environment.
- A fully covered pension plan with a 15% employer contribution.
- A personal coach who supports your personal and professional growth, plus an annual training budget.
- A healthy work-life balance: at Nmbrs, full-time means a 4-day workweek, giving you an extra day for what matters most to you.
- Hybrid working.
- As part of Visma, you get access to a wide range of development opportunities, including training, events, and professional networks.
- The opportunity to spend up to 4 months on an exchange at one of our international offices.
- A spacious and bright office close to Amsterdam Sloterdijk station, with elevator access to all floors.
- A pet-friendly workplace - feel free to bring your four-legged friend along.
