We are looking for a Full Media Strategist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Independently develop and defend comprehensive media strategies for clients.
- Work with major advertising channels at the senior/expert level: DOOH / OOH / Radio / TV, Programmatic (DSP, PMP, DV360), social media advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), performance tools.
- Justify the choice of channels, media mixes, and approaches based on data and research.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the audience and competitive environment.
- Present strategies to clients and top management, argue decisions, and be responsible for achieving KPIs.
- Monitor industry trends, new formats, mechanics, and channels, and initiate and test innovative approaches.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience as a Media Strategist / Senior Media Specialist / Head of Media for at least 2 years.
- English level - Upper-Intermediate+ (written communications, presentations, reports).
- Experience in presenting strategies and justifying decisions to clients and C-level managers.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data for strategic decision-making.
- Experience with offline channels (OOH / DOOH, Radio, TV).
- Proficiency with analytical tools (MMI, Gemius AdReal / Audience, SimilarWeb, Yumi).
Soft Skills:
- Structured thinking and ability to justify decisions.
- Ability to work with stakeholders at various levels.
- Responsibility for the results and quality of strategic decisions.
