Boosters is a Ukrainian product company. We create global products in the EdTech and Productivity sectors, benefiting 60 million people. For us, it is important to build products with long-term impact - systemic, scalable, and relevant for decades.

You might already know our flagship product JustDone or our spin-offs - Avrora and Promova.

Now we are launching a new product in the personal digital security sector and are looking for the first Full-Stack Creative Producer to join the team at an early stage.

The main goal of this role is to fully cover the creative production process: from idea generation to dynamic creation using online constructors/graphic editors/AI - for promoting the product in top channels (Google Ads, META, TikTok, etc.) with the aim of maximizing profit and achieving the project's business goals.

Your future environment

This is a role with a high level of autonomy and influence. As the first Full-Stack Creative Producer, you will work on a project in the personal digital security sector. The project is young, so everything is built on AI-first principles. In development, analytics, operations, and marketing. The team is small, and we strive to be small to maintain maximum efficiency.

Department Leader - Oleksandr Lisik, General Manager. For Sasha, it is important that the Creative Producer has enough freedom in their area of responsibility, so there is no micromanagement. Instead, there is trust, open dialogue, regular two-way feedback, and a constant search for new approaches to work. A separate focus is the active use of AI in daily work and the exchange of marketing expertise.

Your area of influence

• Constant generation of new ideas for creatives;
• Market analysis regarding the creative component, quickly noticing trends for creatives on TikTok, Instagram, and based on them creating videos to attract users;
• Analysis of the results of tested creatives, finding patterns and growth areas, testing marketing hypotheses using creatives;
• Release of creatives from idea to finished creative;
• Testing creatives in advertising networks;
• Automation of creative processes (together with an AI engineer).

For this, you will need

• Experience in performance / digital / creative marketing from 1+ years;
• Experience as a Motion Designer - from 2+ years;
• Experience in creating advertising creatives for Meta Ads;
• Experience with Adobe After Effects;
• Understanding of color selection, proper use of music in videos, its interaction with frames, and accent placement;
• Understanding of design principles / basic knowledge of typography and composition;
• Experience in market analysis, competitors, consumer insights;
• Experience with figma, miro, experience in summarizing and systematizing creatives;
• Practical experience in implementing AI in creative processes;
• English B2 or higher;
• Copywriting skills in English.

Your path to the Boosters team

Pre-screen with the recruiter (45 minutes) → Interview with Oleksandr (1 hour) → Test task → Bar-raising (1 hour)
