Full Stack Developer

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing IT team in Vilnius, Lithuania. In this role, you will work across both backend and frontend technologies, helping us modernise existing systems, implement new solutions, and drive continuous technical improvements. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, contribute to important technical decisions, and work with a modern technology stack in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities

• Developing, maintaining, and improving internal and external web applications using PHP, Symfony, React, and MySQL.
• Leading and contributing to PHP and Symfony version upgrades, framework migrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs to support business and operational needs.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code in line with development best practices.
• Creating, maintaining, and improving unit tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Managing and optimizing Docker-based environments and supporting CI/CD implementation and improvements.
• Monitoring application performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring system stability.
• Participating in technical discussions, making architecture and implementation decisions, and taking ownership of delivered solutions.
• Working according to approved company processes and development standards.
• Setting and achieving short-term and long-term goals in accordance with the company's strategic objectives.
• Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of programming experience.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, Symfony, and MySQL.
• Experience with Symfony and PHP version migrations and upgrades.
• Experience with Framework migrations.
• Solid JavaScript skills and experience building applications with React.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and integration principles.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Experience creating and maintaining unit tests.
• Results-oriented, quality-focused, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Ability to independently make technical decisions and take responsibility for their implementation.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of the React ecosystem (Redux, React Query, Zustand, etc.).
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Basic Linux server administration skills.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of web technologies such as Webpack, Vite, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Experience using monitoring and log analysis tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc.).

Salary

From 4650 € to 4950 € (brutto) per month.
