About the Position
We're seeking a Full-stack Developer with over 9 years of experience in Ruby on Rails and React for a leading tech company. The ideal candidate will have a strong emphasis on Ruby on Rails across multiple recent senior roles, with a proven track record of impactful achievements.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Ruby on Rails.
- Implement full-stack capabilities with React.
- Optimize database operations using PostgreSQL and SQL.
- Utilize cloud services such as AWS and containerization with Docker.
- Improve application performance through monitoring and infrastructure optimization.
- Develop and integrate APIs, including Elasticsearch and Redis.
- Follow Agile methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, React, and SQL.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high uptime and performance improvements.
Nice to Have
- Experience with API Design, CI/CD Pipelines, and Smart Contracts.
- Familiarity with Smart Contracts and Decentralized Systems.
