About the Position
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (AI-Augmented) to join our team in Cluj-Napoca (hybrid), Romania. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering complete software solutions with a strong focus on technological adaptability and workflow efficiency. Success is measured by the quality, robustness, and speed of the final product, using AI tools to accelerate execution.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Development: Develop and maintain complete features across the stack.
- Workflow Optimization: Improve personal and team workflows by adopting new technologies and development practices.
- Architecture Contribution: Collaborate in defining and evolving the technical architecture of projects.
- Code Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of code quality, robustness, and maintainability.
Requirements
- Strong Fundamentals: Deep understanding of system architecture, data structures, and programming principles. Ability to validate and correct AI-generated output is essential.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in an evolving technical environment. Capability to transfer core concepts (logic, architecture, databases) across different languages or frameworks, supported by modern development tools.
- End-to-End Vision: Experience developing full features-from database structure and APIs to user interface integration.
- AI-Native Development: Active use of AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to enhance productivity.
- Critical Review Skills: Ability to audit AI-generated code to prevent technical debt and ensure system security.
- Product Mindset: Ability to approach problems from the perspective of end-user value and usability.
