About the Position

Full Stack Developer - AI products

At TecAlliance, we are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team and work on AI products. You will be responsible for building and operating scalable pipelines, implementing KPI evaluations, and ensuring data correctness.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the weekly AWS pipeline using Step Functions, Lambda, and Fargate, with supplier-level fan-out over Aurora PostgreSQL and billions of linkage rows.
• Implement KPI evaluations as independent API services, covering rule-based checks and AI/ML-assisted evaluations together with DQM specialists who own the rules.
• Ensure data correctness through idempotent synchronization, prevention of silent data loss, and reconciliation against the source system and legacy Oracle output.
• Investigate production failures to confirmed root causes, including timeouts, deadlocks, capacity limits, and unusual supplier data, then implement the fix, improved logging, and a regression test.
• Measure AI predictions against human decisions using ground truth, abstention handling, and analysis of inconsistent verdicts.
• Maintain the React and TypeScript review application used by specialists to download, review, and upload evaluations.
• Manage infrastructure as code with AWS CDK in Python and maintain CI/CD across sandbox, development, and production environments in Azure DevOps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Python backend development experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Vietnamese native speaker; fluent English, written and spoken. German is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with local and international teams.
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills, including performance tuning and database design.
• Experience with large-scale ETL/batch processing and reliable data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (Step Functions, Lambda, Fargate, Aurora) and Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation).
• Solid knowledge of automated testing, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
• Experience with React and TypeScript; familiarity with Module Federation, Vite, or Mantine is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI/ML, data quality, or LLM-powered applications is advantageous.
