About the Position
Are you a talented full-stack developer with a passion for learning and exploring emerging technologies that has good communication skills to help with project management? Join our Global Digitalization team at Care Chemicals Digital for an exciting opportunity! As a full-stack developer, you'll play a vital role in our complex digitalization journey, developing algorithms and prototypes to support our initiatives. Critical thinking, ideation, and a willingness to learn are valued. This position will report to the team Product Owner.

Responsibilities
- Develop backend services or frontend applications, ensuring high-quality, well-tested, and properly documented code
- Provide long-term development support
- Act as the IT interface between business stakeholders, IT providers, and end users to ensure successful project management, system rollout, and stable operations including continuous improvement of a global quality management system in a regulated environment
- Act as a role model, encouraging knowledge sharing and inspiring team members to find optimal technical solutions
- Contribute to system architecture decisions and technical design discussions
- Support in successful project management
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing services
Requirements
- Fluent level of English, both verbal and written (at least C1)
- Great communication and organization skills
- At least 5+ years professional experience in a similar position, building confidence as a software engineer with broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies, preferably in an agile environment
- Excellent knowledge of Java
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Knowledge of XML
- Knowledge of at least 1 frontend framework
- Professional knowledge in version control tooling (GIT)
- Experience with automated testing (e.g. JUnit and Integration tests, Bruno)
- Experience in event-driven architecture (e.g. ServiceBus, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
- Azure DevOps Experience: knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Interest in working with Veeva Systems
