Within our Digital Industrialization Factory, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Full Stack Developer C# /.NET who enjoys turning ideas into innovative digital solutions and contributing to the digital transformation of our manufacturing environment. As part of an agile-oriented development team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering modern end-to-end software solutions that support our production and industrial business processes. You will work across the full technology stack, from intuitive user interfaces and web applications to robust backend services, APIs, cloud platforms, and integration solutions. Working closely with product owners, developers, architects, and international project teams, you will create scalable, secure, and high-performing applications that deliver real value to our internal customers worldwide. From solution design to implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement, you will contribute across the entire software development lifecycle.

As a Full Stack Developer C# / .NET (m/f/d), you will report to the Digital applications team leader in the Digital Industrialization Factory department based in Obernai or Blieskastel (Germany) for a permanent contract.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using C#,.NET technologies, and modern web frameworks.
• Build secure and scalable backend services, APIs, interfaces, and integration solutions for industrial and manufacturing projects.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions in close collaboration with product owners, developers, architects, and international project teams.
• Drive quality throughout the software lifecycle through testing, CI/CD, monitoring, documentation, and continuous performance and maintainability improvements.
• Contribute to agile ceremonies, solution design, engineering best practices, and a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification, with 3 to 5 years of software development experience.
• You have strong development skills in C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core/.NET, with experience across frontend and backend applications.
• You are proficient with Visual Studio, Git, Azure DevOps, REST APIs, message-based architectures, modern integration patterns, and relational and NoSQL databases.
• You understand event-driven and microservices architectures; experience with Microsoft Azure services, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
• You combine strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in Agile and DevOps environments and professional proficiency in English.
