Full-Stack Developer (Creatio)

About the Position

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer (Creatio) to join Kyivstar.Tech, a Ukrainian hybrid IT company and a resident of Diia.City. We are a subsidiary of Kyivstar, one of Ukraine’s largest telecom operators. Responsibilities

• Develop and customize the B2B CRM platform based on Creatio.
• Implement business logic using C# and Creatio platform capabilities.
• Develop frontend functionality using TypeScript and Angular (Freedom UI).
• Configure and develop Creatio objects, business processes, and UI components.
• Integrate Creatio with external systems via REST / SOAP APIs.
• Participate in analysis and implementation of business requirements together with Business Analysts and Product Owners.
• Develop and support custom Creatio packages.
• Ensure data consistency and correctness across integrations.
• Fix bugs and support existing functionality.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and backlog refinement.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Support deployment and release processes.

Requirements

• Strong experience with C#, OOP, SOLID principles.
• Practical experience with TypeScript and Angular (18 or close).
• Understanding of frontend/backend architecture and client–server interaction.
• Hands-on experience with Creatio platform development (objects, processes, packages, business logic).
• Experience implementing end-to-end features (frontend + backend).
• Experience with REST / SOAP integrations, including data mapping and error handling.
• Understanding of clean code, layered architecture, and refactoring practices.
• Experience working with databases and data models (MS SQL / PostgreSQL).
• Ability to debug and resolve issues across different application layers.

Nice to Have

• Experience with complex integrations (API Layer, middleware).
• Experience with Freedom UI customization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in telecom or B2B CRM projects.
