Full Stack Developer (Jet Link)

About the Position

Jetlink is an AI-powered aviation fintech and CRM platform for private aviation brokers and operators. They have built a comprehensive suite of tools including an Aviation CRM with omnichannel messaging, an aircraft sourcing system connected to multiple FMS systems, JetPay for payment and liquidity infrastructure, and AI-driven charter workflow automation. With over 3,000 users and 1,890 subscribed operators, Jetlink is based between Amsterdam and the UAE.

About the Role

Jetlink's current tech team consists of two engineers. They are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can shadow the lead, absorb the system, and be ready to carry the project independently. This is not a support role; the new engineer needs to be genuinely hands-on and able to own the platform.

The System

• Multi-tenant SaaS platform with separate databases per tenant
• Laravel backend with Redis queues and caching
• Integrations with payment gateways, flight management systems, marketplaces
• Livewire + Vue.js frontend, MySQL 8
• Dockerized infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Tenant-aware feature development following the existing architecture
• Backend services in Laravel: OOP, design patterns, modular code
• MySQL optimization for multi-tenant workloads
• Redis caching and background job queues - fault-tolerant and reliable
• UI builds from scratch: Livewire, Bootstrap, CSS
• Third-party integrations: payment gateways, FMS systems, other SaaS APIs
• Security: encryption, validation, tenant isolation, access controls
• Audit trails, logging, error handling across all tenant operations
• Requirements gathering from stakeholders - translating business needs into specs

Requirements

• 3–5 years with PHP / Laravel in production
• Strong OOP: design patterns applied in real projects, not just theory
• Multi-tenant SaaS experience - separate-database-per-tenant specifically
• MySQL optimization: indexing, query tuning, multi-tenant data management
• Redis: caching, queues, performance
• Livewire + Bootstrap - building UIs from scratch
• Payment gateway integrations
• Git workflow, collaborative codebase

Important: The client explicitly wants someone who writes and implements code independently, not someone who fully relies on AI-generated solutions.
