We are currently looking for a Full Stack Developer for one of our businesses, Traffic7, who will develop and maintain scalable fullstack solutions while integrating modern technologies and AI-assisted development into product workflows. Traffic7 is a project that creates and develops digital products and scales them through strong expertise in performance marketing.

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work with the team to:

Design, develop, and maintain fullstack features across frontend and backend (PHP primary, Node.js as needed).
Build and support server-to-server (S2S) integrations with ad platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok) and AppsFlyer.
Design and maintain database schemas and optimize queries (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Implement and manage caching strategies using Redis.
Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Containerize and manage services using Docker.
Configure and maintain Cloudflare settings (CDN, security rules, DNS).
Actively use AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code) as part of the daily development workflow to speed up implementation, refactoring, and debugging.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and QA teams to deliver features aligned with business goals.
Stay up to date with new tools, frameworks, and AI-assisted development practices, and proactively suggest improvements to workflows.

Requirements

Frontend & Backend Development
- Strong proficiency in PHP (primary backend language).
- Working knowledge of Node.js (secondary/supporting stack).
- Solid understanding of fullstack architecture and API design.
Architecture & Design Patterns
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles (e.g., MVC, microservices, event-driven architecture).
- Solid understanding of design patterns (Factory, Singleton, Strategy, Repository, etc.).
- Ability to choose appropriate architectural approaches based on project requirements.
- Experience writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
Databases & Caching
- MySQL (schema design, query optimization).
- PostgreSQL.
- Redis (caching, session management, queues).
DevOps & Infrastructure
- Docker (containerization, multi-service environments).
- GitHub Actions (CI/CD pipeline configuration).
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD workflows.
- Cloudflare (CDN, security rules, DNS management, Workers is a plus).
Marketing & Attribution Integrations
- AppsFlyer integration and event tracking.
- Server-to-server (S2S) integrations with Facebook, Google, and TikTok Ads.
AI-Assisted Development (Must-have)
- Hands-on experience working with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code).
- Understanding of agentic loops and how autonomous agents plan, act, and iterate.
- Ability to effectively prompt, guide, and review AI-generated code.
- Familiarity with best practices for integrating AI agents into development workflows.

Nice to Have

Experience with performance monitoring and debugging in production environments.
Understanding of security best practices for payment/ad-tech integrations.
Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative product environment.
