Full-stack developer (React + Node.js)

About the Position

We are looking for a Full-stack developer (React + Node.js) for a long-term project to join our international team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services
• Write clean, maintainable code
• Collaborate with frontend team

Requirements

• Commercial experience in software development as a Full-stack developer
• Strong experience with React and Redux (3+ years)
• Strong experience with implementing server-side applications using Node.js (3+ years)
• Application security

Nice to Have

• Understanding of OOP principles
• SOLID architecture
• Design patterns
• Experience developing in AWS infrastructure, required to know next AWS services:
  • Route 53 - understanding of hosted zones, DNS records types, aliases.
  • Lambda - types of lambdas, key features, lifetime, usage specific, performance issues, scaling strategies.
  • API Gateway - custom domains, security, endpoint definitions.
  • S3 - understanding of usage, security issues, performance issues.
  • EC2 - basic understanding
  • ECS - basic understanding, performance issues, scaling strategies.
  • SQS - overall understanding.
  • SES - working with email templating, known limitations
  • Cloudfront - good understanding of caching strategies and services availability. Traffic routing rules.
  • CloudFormation - stack understanding, service low downtime.
