We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with expertise in React.js and Node.js to join our team in Prague, Czech Republic. This role is Hybrid.

Návrh a integrace AI komponent (Langchain, Azure OpenAI, orchestrace promptů, cache, retry logika atd.)
Front-end v React (verze 19) + Redux (cca 20 % práce)
API design a implementace (REST, občas GraphQL), zabezpečení, verzování
Práce s databázemi MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis
Provoz aplikací v Docker kontejnerech, nasazení přes Kubernetes (helm, deploymenty, logování)
Správa infrastruktury přes Terraform
Verzování v Gitu, CI/CD pipeline (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI)
Komunikace v týmu 3–6 lidí, kde se nesegmentují role – očekává se samostatnost i přehled v architektuře řešení

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable backend services in Node.js (version 20), running in Azure or AWS
Design and integrate AI components (Langchain, Azure OpenAI, prompt orchestration, cache, retry logic, etc.)
Front-end in React (version 19) + Redux (approx. 20% of work)
API design and implementation (REST, occasionally GraphQL), security, versioning
Work with databases MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis
Running applications in Docker containers, deployment via Kubernetes (helm, deployments, logging)
Infrastructure management via Terraform
Version control in Git, CI/CD pipeline (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI)
Communication in a team of 3–6 people, where roles are not segmented – independence and clarity in solution architecture are expected

Requirements

Min. 2 years of experience in development in Node.js in a production environment
Commercial experience with AI integrations – e.g., connecting to LLM, working with Langchain or Azure OpenAI
Cloud experience – min. basic practice in Azure or AWS (one platform is sufficient)
Knowledge of working with Docker, helm charts, and basic orientation in Kubernetes
Experience with databases (relational + noSQL)
Basics of frontend in React (willingness to do approx. 20% of work in FE)
Ability to think in the context of the entire solution – architecture, scaling, security, DevOps
