Full-Stack Developer (React+Node.js)

About the Position

SEEDIUM is expanding our team and we are hiring a Full-Stack Developer (React+Node.js) with 4+ years of commercial experience for long-term collaboration. This is a full-time position. Please note that on some projects, the Upwork time-tracker may be used.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain back-end services using Node.js and Nest.js.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, and integrate with databases and external systems.
• Participate in front-end development using React to build user interfaces.
• Follow SOLID principles and apply design patterns.
• Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate back-end and front-end solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and ensure the performance and scalability of services.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Deep understanding of Node.js, TypeScript, and Nest.js development.
• Basic understanding of DevOps & CloudOps on AWS, GCP, BigQuery.
• Basic understanding of DAG & ETL using Apache Airflow.
• Experience in building scalable back-end applications and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in React for front-end development.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.
• Solid understanding of Git for version control.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• The ability to test and QA your own code.
