Full-Stack Engineer: AI Automation & Internal Tools

Our client is a fast-growing restaurant technology platform helping local restaurants grow through a low-commission delivery and pickup model paired with proprietary delivery optimization technology. They operate in the multi-billion-dollar US local restaurant market, with offices across the US and internationally. The company is built by a team with deep restaurant-tech experience, alongside seasoned tech, sales, marketing, product, and operations leaders delivering a modern platform for local restaurants and chains.

They’re looking for a sharp, fast-moving engineer to build and maintain AI-powered tools for their operations team. You’ll work directly with business stakeholders, turn feedback into shipped code within hours, and own full cycles from scoping to deployment. Multiple releases per day is the norm, not the exception. This is a high-autonomy role: requirements come directly from ops and business leads, with no PM buffer.

Location: LATAM, Europe, Ukraine (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Build internal tools and automation systems for the operations team using Cursor and n8n
• Quickly fix issues and deliver new functionality in short cycles. Around 3 to 4 production releases daily
• Create and implement AI agents that automate repetitive operational processes from start to finish
• Connect external APIs and internal services without step-by-step guidance
• Take responsibility for QA. Validate changes against real business scenarios before release
• Communicate directly with operations users and turn unclear feedback into clear technical solutions

Requirements

• Strong experience with Cursor.ai or similar AI-based development tools. This will be your main working environment
• Experience with n8n or comparable workflow automation tools. Able to build multi-step automated processes beyond simple triggers
• Hands-on work with OpenAI or other LLM APIs, including agents, tool usage, structured responses, and prompt design
• Full-stack development skills using Node.js and React or similar stack
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Ability to design and work with REST APIs and integrate third-party services
• Experience deploying applications in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Strong system design thinking. You improve existing systems without breaking them
• Good understanding of security practices when using modern and AI-based tools

Nice to Have

• Experience with HubSpot API
• Familiarity with MongoDB
• Chrome extension development experience
• Experience with Playwright or other browser automation tools
• Background in building internal operational tools
• Knowledge of restaurant, delivery, or logistics domains

• You have built tools that real teams rely on in production, not only prototypes or side projects
