About the Position
Full Stack Engineer, CDMX
Arketa is building the operating system for modern fitness and wellness. Our mission is to make wellness more accessible by empowering studios and wellness entrepreneurs to grow beyond in-person classes. We provide a powerful, all-in-one platform to manage and scale hybrid wellness businesses-whether online, in-person, or both.
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 USD per year
Location: Mexico City, CDMX, MX
Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days in office)
Responsibilities
- Own work end to end, from reproducing an issue to shipping the fix.
- Grow into building full product features alongside our engineering team.
- Work across our Node.js and React/TypeScript stack with teammates based in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
- Triage, investigate, and resolve bugs reported by customers and the support team.
- Collaborate closely with Support to provide timely updates and clarity on issues.
- Improve system reliability by identifying root causes, not just patching symptoms.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a software engineer
- Strong written and spoken English fluency
- Production experience in Node.js and React/TypeScript
- Experience in a fast-moving environment, such as small companies or a start-up
- AI-tooling proficiency: AI as a force multiplier
- Eligibility to work out of our Mexico City office
