Full-Stack Engineer (f/m/d)

About the Position

We are hiring a Full-Stack Engineer (f/m/d) for our Customer Success team in Iași, Romania. As part of our outcome-based team focused on Net Revenue Retention (NRR), you will be directly connected to our customers, and your code changes will directly impact the value that our customers get from our advertiser platform.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, secure, and well-tested code
• Follow best-practice guidelines and help to improve them
• Collaborate with product managers, UX, and other team members to create technical solutions
• Lead the entire lifecycle of a service or product, from understanding customer problems through development and deployment to support and maintenance
• Show an understanding for deadlines, find pragmatic solutions, and be proactive in raising potential risks

Requirements

Required Skills

• Build and run cloud services on AWS (e.g., Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, MSK) using Terraform, Node.js, Typescript, Java, and Spring Boot, and Docker
• Build user interfaces with a modern frontend framework (ideally Angular)
• Lead the design of services in a microservices architecture
• Responsibly use AI tools to help you and your team move faster, while still owning the quality of the result
• Test at several levels (e.g., unit, integration, contract, and smoke)

Should Have Skills

• Work as part of a Scrum team
• Apply your knowledge of information security, secure design, and secure coding practices
• Monitor and troubleshoot services in production
• Work effectively with other engineering teams to get things done

Nice to Have Skills

• Use TDD and pair programming to build software
• Write the occasional line of PHP code
