Full Stack Engineer

About the Position

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Full Stack Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end web application development to join our team in Milano. You will work closely with the product and design teams to design, develop, and maintain robust architectures, both on the backend and frontend.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable and high-performance frontend architectures, adapting the technology choice (React, Angular, or Vue) based on project requirements.
• Develop and optimize robust backend logic and secure APIs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Designers to transform business requirements into excellent technical solutions.
• Actively participate in code review activities, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in a technical-scientific-engineering field.
• Mastery of the main frontend frameworks: excellent knowledge of at least one of React, Angular, or Vue.js (in-depth knowledge of multiple ecosystems is considered a strong plus).
• Solid backend skills: professional experience with Node.js, Python, Java,.NET, or PHP.
• Database: excellent knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Version Control & DevOps: daily use of Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Methodologies: Agile mindset (Scrum/Kanban) and strong focus on testing (unit, integration, E2E).
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical approach.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Proactivity, technological curiosity, and result-oriented attitude.
