Full Stack Engineer (Python/React)

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. You will be contributing to the development and enhancement of scalable, enterprise-grade web applications. The project involves modernizing legacy systems and building robust REST APIs backends paired with highly responsive, data-rich user interfaces. You will work in a fast-paced, Agile environment, delivering high-quality end-to-end solutions that meet complex business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure RESTful APIs using Python 3.8+ and the Flask web framework.
• Build dynamic, highly responsive single-page applications (SPAs) using React and TypeScript.
• Implement complex data grids and interactive UI components utilizing the Kendo UI library.
• Design optimized relational database schemas and write complex, high-performance SQL queries for PostgreSQL and MySQL databases.
• Containerize applications and manage local development environments utilizing Docker.
• Maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, collaborating closely with product owners, QA, and other developers to ensure seamless delivery.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness across the entire stack.

Requirements

Must have

• Backend Development: 3+ years of strong experience in Python (specifically version 3.8 or higher) and the Flask framework.
• Frontend Development: Solid proficiency in building web applications with React and TypeScript.
• UI Libraries: Hands-on commercial experience integrating and customizing Kendo UI components.
• Database: Deep understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and strong SQL scripting abilities.
• Architecture: Proven experience designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs.
• DevOps & Tools: Proficiency in containerization using Docker and version control using Git.

Nice to have

• Experience working within strict Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience setting up or maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience in the financial services or automotive domains.
