Job description
About the Position
Full Stack Engineer
Warsaw, Masovia
We’re looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineer who enjoys solving real business problems for our customers-not just shipping features. You’ll work closely with customers and colleagues across Coople to understand how the product is used and where the real challenges are. You’ll help decide what to build, deliver the solution, and check whether it made a difference. Most of our code is AI-generated, and you’ll guide, review, and own it in production.
This is a hybrid position in Warsaw (2 days per week on-site) in which you’ll work across our stack (Nest.js, Next.js, React Native, Neon/Postgres, AWS), closely collaborating with PMs, product, and users. We work with a founder’s mindset: take ownership, act with urgency, and focus on the problems that matter most to our users.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and colleagues to understand product usage and challenges
- Guide, review, and own AI-generated code in production
- Work across the stack (Nest.js, Next.js, React Native, Neon/Postgres, AWS)
- Collaborate closely with PMs, product, and users
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript
- Experience with Nest.js (backend), Next.js (frontend), React Native (mobile), Postgres/Neon, and AWS (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, testing strategies, performance, security, observability, and production readiness
- Experience delivering end-to-end functionality through small, safe, frequent changes
- Comfortable working with AI-assisted development (Claude Code) and evaluating, refining AI-generated code
- Business and product mindset: you get close to users and operational teams to understand their needs, workflows, and constraints. You turn that context into a clearly framed problem, prioritize by impact, make pragmatic trade-offs, and use evidence to check whether the solution worked. You measure success by the problems solved-not the number of features shipped
- Adaptability and a drive to improve: you actively seek feedback, absorb new context quickly, and change course when the evidence calls for it. You take responsibility for turning lessons from delivery - what worked and what didn’t - into better engineering practices for yourself and the rest of the team
- Fluent English and ability to commute to our Warsaw office are a must
We Offer
- PLN 20'000 – 28'000 monthly base salary (employment contract, on request we can consider B2B too)
- Yearly bonus (10% target bonus) and a company stock options plan for all employees (ESOP)
- A healthcare service package (Lux Med) and sports membership
- Hybrid working model: 2 days per week on-site in our office in the heart of Warsaw (next to metro Centrum / PKiN) is a must
About the Company

Recruitment Process
- Prescreening: conversation with our internal recruiter
- Technical interview
- Further conversation: discussion with the VP Engineering and VP Product and optional peer-to-peer conversation with the team members
- Feedback: expect a response within a few days after the final stage
