About the Position

We are looking for a Junior Software Developer for our travel CTO taskforce in Erfurt. You should have a strong background in programming and AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software solutions for our travel platform.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate AI tools and machine learning models.
• Ensure high-quality code and continuous improvement of our software.

Requirements

• Education: You have an excellent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Python, Golang, Java, PHP, C#) and Linux/DevOps.
• AI Knowledge: Experience with AI tools such as Cursor, and familiarity with concepts like LLM, RAG, or MCP.
• Tech Mindset: High learning readiness and motivation to constantly acquire and apply new technologies and programming languages.
• Ownership & Drive: Quality awareness, hands-on mentality, enjoyment in developing, teamwork, high performance readiness, and excellent communication skills.
• Language Skills: Fluent German and good English skills in speech and writing.
