We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer (React &.NET) to join our ambitious initiative at PwC. This role is pivotal in transforming our engineering capabilities through the development and deployment of an AI-native engineering platform. You will be at the forefront of driving PwC's transformation into a leader in AI-native engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Research and Development: Assess current technology maturity and readiness for AI integration. Develop and refine technical foundations, including AI chat applications and scalable architectures.
  • Build Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Design, construct, and pilot PoCs for selected use cases, focusing on AI integration and success measurement. Collaborate on testing and refining automation frameworks for effective project deployment.
  • AI Agent Development: Build AI-driven solutions for streamlining repetitive engineering tasks. Implement agile methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with partners to bolster AI capabilities and close tooling gaps. Ensure effective communication and documentation processes within the team.

Requirements / Must Haves

  • Language: Very good English for daily communication.
  • Mindset: Consultant mindset - propose innovations, explain reasons for change, guide non-technical people.
  • Time Zone: Ability to work with team from US time-zone (standard work-hours by 6pm CET, but longer overlap with US time helps, there is ~7 hours offset to GMT+1).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
