We are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer (Java) to join our team in Carnaxide, Lisbon, Portugal. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the tech team and functional leads to implement and deliver software solutions for our products and projects.
• Develop full stack software using Java, JMS, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JSF, JSP, J2EE, OO, distributed and architectural design patterns.
• Participate in the software development life cycle, including coding, testing, and support.
• (For Specialist) Act as a Tech Lead, mentor the team, and focus on results.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Software Development experience with Java (Spring).
• Experience with web applications (Frontend & Backend), distributed systems, and APIs.
• Knowledge of Spring MVC Architecture and Microservices.
• Proficiency in JPA Queries / Hibernate; REST / SOAP.
• Experience with Databases: Sql Server, Oracle DB, or MySQL.
• Degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Fluency in English (B2+).
• Good soft skills and a "Make it happen" attitude.

Nice to Have

• Experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with low-code platforms (Mendix, Outsystems, Uniksystem).
• Experience in DevOps and automation.
• Experience with Linux and Windows.
• Technical Certifications.
