Our Stack and Environment
- Backend: Python, Django, Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL
- Frontend: JavaScript (React), Django Templates / Jinja
- Ops: AWS, Docker, Ansible, Terraform (IaC) + własny serwer w biurze
- Tools: macOS, PyCharm / VS Code, Claude Code, GitLab, Jira, Sentry/Rollbar, Slack
- Methodology: Kanban
Responsibilities
- Building the product end-to-end: Designing, implementing, and developing new functionalities - backend (Python/Django) and frontend (JS/React).
- Quality assurance: Ensuring code performance and actively participating in Code Review.
- Architecture: Collaborating with the team on system design and implementing improvements.
- Own initiatives: Proposing technological suggestions and independently solving ongoing issues.
- Developing our AI tooling: Testing and recommending AI tools supporting the software development process.
- Business contact: Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams - you will know the purpose of what you build.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of commercial experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Python, Django, and DRF, and frontend in JavaScript (React, Django Templates) is not foreign territory.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, AWS, and REST API principles.
- Experience with Claude Code or other agent tools (subagents, skills, worktrees) - and the ability to explain how the generated code works.
- Fluency in English at least B1/B2 level.
- Self-reliance, technical curiosity, and responsibility for what you release to production.
- Appreciation of our values: curiosity, community, responsibility, and agility.
A plus: Experience in SaaS B2B products, product startups, or the legal or financial industry.
