Fullstack Developer (React + Python)

About the Position

We are seeking a Fullstack Developer (React + Python) to join our team in Remote Poland. This role involves building scalable web applications and working with cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications
• Improve system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and developing standard operating procedures
• Enhance applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations, and designing and implementing systems
• Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, QA, product managers)
• Work with AWS services to deploy, scale, and manage applications

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• React/Python (70/30 split)
• 4+ years of full-stack development experience (adjustable)
• Proven experience delivering production-grade applications
• Strong experience with React.js (Hooks, Context, state management)
• Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
• Strong experience with Python
• Database design and optimization skills
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as: EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS / DynamoDB, CloudWatch, CloudFormation
• Experience deploying and managing applications in AWS
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Terraform or Infrastructure as Code
