Responsibilities

Own the marketing and product frontend, ensuring it is visually appealing, highly functional, and user-friendly.
Implement and maintain new features, continuously improving performance and usability.
Be data-driven: set up analytics, collect insights, and leverage data metrics to guide design and development decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and backend developers, to deliver seamless experiences.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance and technical issues in a timely manner.
Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge implementation.

Requirements

At least 7+ years of experience in building customer-facing products, with a proven track record of impactful contributions.
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong expertise in modern frontend JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React, as well as backend libraries such as Ruby on Rails.
Have a knack for polished frontend experiences, with attention to detail in UI/UX design and implementation.
Understanding of the basics of marketing concepts and how they integrate with technology.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git and workflows such as CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
Be willing to work in the US timezone, with flexibility for team collaboration.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with A/B testing, personalization, or data-driven UI improvements.
Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques.
Familiarity with backend integrations and APIs.
Previous experience in a startup or agile environment.
